The Holidays Are a Time For Engagement Proposals

As Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years approach many people will spend time with their extended families. There will be many traveling far distances whether it is because they work and live out of state or they go to college and are returning home for the holidays.

The holidays are a time for laughing about old memories, catching up on the more recent past and creating new memorable moments, like announcing engagements or proposals.

If you are planning on popping the question on one of these occasions, have you thought about how you'll do it? Will the ring be under the tree? Will you ask her (or him) as the ball drops at midnight on New Years? There is always the classic, "Will you marry me, and while you answer, please pass the potatoes."
