'The Last Exorcism' was a surprise hit in 2010, making over $67 million worldwide off a budget of less than $2 million. That kind of success spells instant sequel, and next year we'll be receiving 'The Last Exorcism 2' from CBS Films. Want to see the twisted (literally) new 'Last Exorcist 2' poster? Jump after the break!

Not unlike the first film's one-sheet, 'The Last Exorcism 2' poster shows us our imperiled lead, Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) in a state of disturbing demonic flexibility. (You'll also notice how her contorted figure is making a not-so-subtle "2".) We're not sure what it is about these demons that compels them to get all gymnastic with their human host bodies, but consider us impressed. Spitting up pea soup just doesn't cut the mustard anymore.

The synopsis for the film, directed by Ed Gass-Donnelly:

Continuing where the first film left off, Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) is found terrified and alone in rural Louisiana. Back in the relative safety of New Orleans, Nell realizes that she can't remember entire portions of the previous months only that she is the last surviving member of her family. Just as Nell begins the difficult process of starting a new life, the evil force that once possessed her is back with other, unimaginably horrific plans that mean her last exorcism was just the beginning.

'The Last Exorcism 2' opens on March 1st.
