The Maine Legislature has reconvened and is getting back to work. They have a lot to look at this session. However, there is still not a change in the stalemate between Democratic legislative leaders and Republican Gov. Paul LePage, who's declined to meet with them.

LePage canceled a meeting with Democratic leaders on Dec. 4 after asking the Democratic Party to call off a cameraman who has been recording him at public events. The situation is a subject that the Democratic leadership is asked about frequently. For now, this is not affecting the Legislature's work...for now. But is can't last forever, right?
