The Lost Kitchen.

They are the wildly successful restaurant little 40 seat restaurant in Freedom that each year books its available reservations before they even open for the season.

Last year they had over 10,000 calls on April 1 on the reservation line.

Time for a new plan.

Here is the deal.

This year April 1-10, they want you to mail in a 3-by-5 note card with your name and contact information. Then April 11, they will start picking cards and making calls for reservations.

There are some rules, but here is a big one…only send one card!!!!

And if your card isn’t drawn, they have a wait-list.
