David Ortiz put his name in the Red Sox record books while helping the team win in Baltimore, 5-3 in 10-innings Friday night. Ortiz smashed two home runs and drove in three runs.

The home runs were #34 and #35. The three RBI gives him 102 for the year. Ortiz is now the only Red Sox player to have 30 homers and 100 RBI in eight seasons. Ted Williams had the club record with seven.
