Tomorrow is Friday The 13th – Scared?

If you look on the calender tomorrow is Friday the 13th. For a few people a feared day due to superstition. Me, I believe that day like any other day is what you make of it and perception. I along with I'm sure many will look for minor setbacks on Friday the 13th and blame it on being the 13th.

When I was a child we lived in a building that didn't have a 13th floor. It seriously went from floor 12 to 14. I'm sure there are other developments with the same philosophy regarding apartment numbers and addresses.

There are of course the other typical superstitions, like a crossing the path of a black cat, walking under a ladder, breaking a mirror and of course my favorite not reposting a meme or status that says if you don't you'll have bad luck for the rest of your life.

I have a few superstitions when it comes to sports. For one, I put Vikki in Patriots merch on game-day. Another sports superstition I have is, I never watch an elimination game in a bar. (not that I go to bars anymore to watch games) but that was always one when I was a bit younger.

I did have a habit of picking up pennies (and other coins) on the ground until one day I saw a penny and tried to pick it up before I noticed someone glued it to the sidewalk using gum.
