UMaine Augusta Getting Dorms

According to WCSH 6, students at the University of Maine at Augusta will soon have access to dorms.

Located in Hallowell, Stevens Commons was once home to the Maine Industrial School "for viciously inclined girls", a reform school that fell into disrepair in the 70s.

The dorms, currently being renovated, will feature 20 apartments, media room, and a cafeteria.  They'll be ready for occupation in mid-August.
