If you have an old computer around that you don't know what to do with, well Saturday (May 3) you can get rid of it and help out a great cause. The United Way of Kennebec Valley from 9am to 3pm will be at the lower parking lot of the Augusta Civic Center for their 'Spring Electronic Wast (E-Waste) Collection Drive.'

Your contributions will be accepted in place of a disposal fee. Contributions benefit the Augusta Community Warming Center.

Items accepted include computers, monitors, fax machines, televisions, copiers, printers, cellphones, DVD and CD players, computer processing units, TVs and household batteries. FMI: 626-3400.
