WHAT Are Those? Pix From Central PA from the Snow Storm

My Mom took these photos.  One of the lamp poll is cute.  The one with the big white lumps makes my back hurt. They are cars!  The good news for her, where she lives, the maintenance crew that cleans the parking lot has keys to all the cars. They clean off the vehicles, move them, clean up the lots and put the cars back.  Retirement apartments have their perks!
