What Did You Think of Katy Perry’s Dress from the Presidential Kids’ Ball?

Katy Perry performed at President Obama's 'Inaugural Kids' Ball.' My question is, what did you think of her dress?  Was her dress too provocative for kids or was it cute and  just Katy being Katy? Some say too it was tacky? 

Remember Sesame Street cut her segment a year or so ago when she performed 'Hot N' Cold. ' I admit doing this post is just an excuse to look at her. Seriously though, did she go too far in her attire? Looking back, Sesame Street probably should have cut Elmo out, but that's a different subject for another day.
