After a day of work the dilemma when I get home is what to eat. The last two nights I've gotten home later than I normally do, so smarter minds would say eat light right before bed. The temptation however is eat eat until you're full. So, what to eat?

Tonight I ate a couple of peanut butter sandwiches, which has somewhat done the trick but I'm thinking I'll eat some of the leftover wings from New Years Eve as well.

Sometimes, I'll eat the leftovers from the day's bigger dinner that Lynn makes before I go to work. Depends whether the kids eat them first.

I never think to take food  to work. I guess because it seems inconvenient to pack something, then you also have to remember to bring it, also remember to put it in the work fridge, remember to eat it, and oh yeah, remember to bring home the Tupperware type container.

The correct thing to do say the experts is to eat four or five mini-meals a day but realistically how is that possible?

It's late and I'm a little hungry and tired so I'll just leave you with what I wrote as food for thought.
