How do you feel about artists’ labels and heirs releasing songs, albums and selling merchandise after they’ve died? The prime examples would be Elvis Presley and John Lennon. Michael Jackson you’ve seen it too with a re-release of ‘Bad.’ Whitney Houston, here we go, a new greatest hits album. The compilation will feature a new song entitled, “Never Give Up.” Seems a little tacky to make money off of a death? Depends on how it's marketed I guess and how or if it's sold differently than before a death. If there was a Nirvana package being released as premium, seems tasteful.
