If you have always had a dream of owning your own business, and that business just happens to be a successful comic book store, you are in luck....but, act fast as the count down clock is ticking.

The owner of an Illinois comic book store is searching for a new owner for the business in an unusual way, an essay contest. According to their website, Chimera Comics in Oak Lawn, IL, will be turned over with all of its inventory to whomever writes the most compelling essay and submits a $25 application fee.

Interested? Your essay subject is "What Make A Great Comic Book Store?"  it should be no more than 500 words. "Winner will be selected on a merit-basis by the answer to the question, what makes a great comic book store?" They did mention on the website "This is not a raffle or a drawing."  Applications are being accepted through Feb. 28 or whenever the owner receives 2,000 applications.

Good luck!
