With Possible Flooding This Weekend, Hallowell Police Offer Parking Options

With heavy rain in the forecast, Hallowell is being cautious and getting the message out about possible flooding. Ummm...do you remember January?  There was flooding! The timing   caught many off guard and as a result there was damage to business and a bunch of cars that ended up under water. So with those images in mind and heading into a holiday weekend...the Hallowell Police Department is being proactive and warning people and offering other parking options in the downtown Hallowell area according to Facebook.
