Woman Killed In Accident In Manchester

**Updated**  A Mt. Vernon woman was killed June 7 in a fatal accident in Route 202 in Manchester.

According to a report on CentralMaine.com, The deceased driver was identified by the Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office as Courtlyn M. Donato, 22, of Mount Vernon. Officials say she was driving a sport utility vehicle and crossed the center line, hitting a pickup truck head on.

The story said the accident happened just after 1PM near the intersection with Route 202 and Pelton Hill Road. Three other people were involved in the crash, and according to the report, they were taken to MaineGeneral Medical Center.
