Women’s Initiative Helping to Keep Waterville Warm

This is my idea of love.  The Women's Initiative in Waterville put over 1,000 warm things...scarves, hats, stuff like that outside the Waterville Public Library for people who are in need of a little extra something to keep warm!  Check out the Waterville Public Library's Facebook post and photos below!
