Last week, to commemorate its 100th anniversary, Kemps Dairy of Milwaukee, WI, decided to create the 'World’s Largest Ice Cream Scoop.' How did they do it? Well, they enlisted five nationally-ranked snow sculptors to carve over 700 containers worth of strawberry ice cream into a single 3,010-lb. scoop. By the way, that's roughly one football field’s worth of ice cream!

Their feat was verified by Guinness World Records, then devoured by folks attending the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival!
