Zach Galifianakis Spanks Justin Bieber on ‘Between Two Ferns’ [VIDEO]

Comedian and 'Hangover' star Zach Galifianakis opened his 'Between Two Ferns' interview with Justin Bieber beautifully. His first quip? "It's really exciting to talk to you, especially right in the middle of your public meltdown."

And it only got better from there.

Say what you want about Bieber (here known as "Justin Beever") and his public life and private issues, but the boy wonder has a sense of humor about himself that's pretty much unrivaled. (Remember his 'SNL' episode?!)

Galifianakis adds, "I'm sorry, I've never interviewed a seven year old before." Another gem includes, "When you're in the recording studio, do you ever think, 'Hey, what if I don't make something s----y?' Does that ever pop into your mind in the process?" Ouch!

The comic also gets on Bieber for his Anne Frank comments, peeing in a bucket and more ... and then proceeds to spank him with a belt, explaining, "You're not a child, and that's the point. So I can hit a grown man with a belt."
