Ahhhhhh…a Summer Breeze Surrounded by Fewer Trees…What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

Yesterday David, Pam, Ray and Diane Turgeon came over to my house. They're my in laws and their visit, while always welcome, was for a purpose. They were there to take down some trees that trouble me every year by dropping endless amounts of leaves and acorns into the pool. Not this year!

With Dave, who works for CMP, leading the charge, we took down 5 good size trees...Oak, Pine and Cedar. Opened the place up quite a bit! Looks GREAT!

This afternoon, I went out to enjoy my new view on the deck under the umbrella. But where was it? Uh-oh. Less trees = more breeze. No leaves in the pool this year....but there was an umbrella in there. Ya can't win!
