Five Reasons to Visit Hallowell…This is What the Boston Globe Had to Say!

I like Hallowell. In fact, when I was home shopping I wanted a home in Hallowell, but did not have any luck at that time. But since I live right next door in Augusta, Hallowell is ALWAYS waiting for me. I stumbled across this from the Boston Globe, 'Five Reasons to Visit Hallowell'. I have to agree with this article. It talks about the history, restaurants, architecture (always look up for the best details), the shopping and the sights. The sights talk about Vaughan Woods, but the did not mention the other beautiful spot in town, Vaughan Field. That is opposite end of Middle Street. It is where the school was years ago so it has a big open field, wonderful news play ground and a place for your dog to play! Love it!
