Fall is here. Stop holding onto summer, accept it, and start planning your fall activities.

Fall can move faster than any season because summer can linger, and being in New England makes us susceptible to a snowstorm in October (if that's what Mother Nature wants).

So planning your fall activities in advance is crucial to making sure you hit a corn maze, do a haunted house, get your Halloween costumes set before the stores are all sold out, etc.

Possibly the #1 fall activity, in my opinion, is a corn maze...and there are two corn mazes in New England that I will certainly be trying this year.

While writing about a corn maze in Haverhill, MA because of its design, I found two other corn mazes in New England with some serious clout...

Two of the largest corn mazes in the world are right here in New England.

I wanted to double-check this "stat," and it was confirmed from two different websites that these two are at least in the top 5 largest corn mazes in the world.

#3 Largest Corn Maze in the World: Davis Mega Maze in Sterling, MA.

This was ranked the third largest corn maze according to a Timeout article and ranked the fourth largest in a KOA article.

The maze itself is over three miles of trails.

Davis Mega Maze is huge - not just the maze, but the whole area too. There are tons to do at this place: inflatable slides, beer, food, paintball, human foosball, and more. The opening weekend for the maze, according to the website, is September 28th.

#4 Largest Corn Maze in the World: Great Vermont Corn Maze in Danville, VT.

This corn maze covers...wait for it...24 acres. That is enormous.

It takes roughly 3-4 hours to complete so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time...and daylight.

Fall is here...get to planning before winter comes knocking.
