It's another big day in Dover, New Hampshire, as the Seacoast's famous candy store, Lickee's & Chewy's delivers another fun twist to the community.

Lickee's & Chewy's is a self-proclaimed medieval candy kingdom, a chocolate factory, and ice-cream shop in the center of town.

If you've never been to this magical place, it's a dreamy place beginning with the large white carriage outside the entrance.

According to the shop site, "The store is named after Lickee, the knight and Chewy, the dragon from the Kingdom of Caramelot and is home to the giant Kingshake – an extra-large, themed ice cream shake loaded with special toppings built for a King or Queen."

The owners have quite an imagination which is perfect for those who love confections of all ages.

There's something new in the kingdom which has captivated generations of kids (of all ages) for literally decades.

First introduced at the World's Fair in Chicago in 1893, the penny pinching machine has been an attraction since it's inception.  What is it about those flattened pennies with the businesses logo on it?  It's the novelty, according to mentalfloss.com.

The new penny pinching machine at Lickee's & Chewy's has everyone, including the staff, digging for pennies to flatten as a right of passage in the store.  It's nostalgic too, as many children's parents and grandparents reminisce of flattening pennies when they were young, at the fair, at the beach arcades, or on vacation.

So bring yourself to downtown Dover, New Hampshire for candy, ice cream and a penny pinching machine built to last generations.
