Man, I'm tired! I usually survive on 4.5 to 5 hours of sleep a night. I try to hit the hay by 10:00 pm, but it's hard. I get up between 3:00 am and 3:15 am. I know I need to get more sleep, but how?

There's not even time in the day for power naps.

Another problem I have is, even when I do sleep, I'm restless. I wake up probably at least 3 or 4 times during the night. I've followed 'The Top 5 Ways To Get Better Sleep' and recently have been taking melatonin, and that's been helping. I even had a sleep apnea test, but that wasn't the issue.

What got me thinking about all this today was a story I was reading that described that how you sleep reveals your personality.

According to the research, if you sleep in the fetal position, it's a sign you're seeking comfort. The 'log' is the second most common position, adopted by those with rigid personalities. 'Yearners', who sleep with arms outstretched, account for 25% of the population who are longing to chase their dreams. 17% of those surveyed adopt the 'free fall' position, suggesting they feel a lack of control over their lives.

I toss and turn so much, I don't think I have a favorite position. Wait a minute. I do. It's a movie theater seat. Give me 45 minutes at a boring movie and I conk. I don't know, maybe my problem is that I'm just thinking too much. Maybe I should just....ZZZZZZZZZ!
