Tomorrow (Thursday, 6/5) is the big day. It's our favorite day of the year and hear from Moose listeners all the time that it's a day they look forward to, as well. It's the day we all come together to support Special Olympics Maine with our annual 92 Moose 'Request-a-thon.'

Join us from 6 am to 6 pm and we will play anything...and we mean anything. The caveat, is it's pay for play. We'll take a minimum $20 pledge, but heck we're happy to take more. We love it when businesses and individuals start challenging each other.

We really want to thank Walgreens and Al's Certified Car Repair for their support.

Be listening right around 7:30 am for a special announcement from Walgreen's.

Also, throughout the day, we are going to be offering concert tickets for certain pledge amounts. We'll tell you more about that during the show. You could get tickets to see Sarah McLaughlin, Three Doors Down, Foreigner, Styx, Boston, Kenny Loggins and more.

You might have heard us throw out, as well, that for a pledge of $1500, we would each shave our heads (Jon and I would also shave the facial hair.) Now, we're talking $1500 each, so what do you think? Jonny also offered to revisit one of the most painful experiences of his life, back waxing. I say, what... for $5.00. Okay, maybe I have that figure wrong.

Please plan on joining us...and tell all your friends!

The 92 Moose 'Request-a-thon' coincides with the Special Olympics Maine Torch Run through central Maine.  Police departments included in the run that day include, but are not limited to, Winthrop, Richmond, Gardiner, Hallowell, Augusta, Kennebec County Sheriff's office.

Make your request now and there's a better chance that we'll be able to play your song exactly when you would like.
