A "Throwback Thursday" account from 25 years ago. The year was 1989 and Taylor Swift was born, yikes! However as Kid Rock sang in "All Summer Long," "It was 1989, my thoughts were short my hair was long, caught somewhere between a boy and man" now to that I can relate.

Back on this day, October 17, 1989 (25 years ago) was the earthquake in the San Francisco area which caused havoc during the World Series.

This is my ‘Throwback Thursday’ story for today. Back when we were in our late teens in the late 80s we used to hang out at a Wendy’s restaurant just a block from my house, in the same plaza as the IGA where I worked part time as a bag boy and pretty much next door to the high school.
