According to the AP, the Maine House voted 85-60 to pass a bill limiting the cellphone use in vehicles, joining the Senate which voted last week in favor of the measure.

Alright, first it was the phones. Jon bought his Mega, whatever it is. Renee has a good size smartphone. Me...I have a phone that makes calls.

The governor of New Hampshire, Maggie Hassan, is expected to sign into law a bill that would make driving while talking on a cellphone illegal in the state. Drivers will be fined $100 for using a hand-held cell phone while driving. That fine would increase to $250 for a second offense and $500 for additional violations within a two year period.

We are all guilty of probably spending a little too much time on our smartphones and on line. Gary Turk gives a video reminder of why we need to periodically, 'Look Up.'
