I loved every single minute.

I was running late, so I put myself on speed-mode and made a huge mouth mistake. However, I fixed my problem with a make-up tool.

Have you ever found yourself completing a routine, mundane activity, like going to the dentist and finding yourself in a racy situation?

Over the past couple of years, well pretty much since she’s has had teeth we’ve tried to get our daughter Vikki into the Dentist.

Tuesday I got a call from my dentist asking me if I was still coming in for my cleaning. I can’t believe I missed the appointment. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule it and I said, "yes" and they gave me today, Thursday at 9:10 am.

Guess what today is? No it's not hump day, it’s ‘National Oreo Cookie Day!’ Ironically, it is also ‘National Dentist Day!

A huge sigh of relief after the kids’ Dentist appointments today, cleanings and that was all. None of them had cavities. Yes they want to seal my sons' teeth but that can wait until the next calendar year. It was a little bit of an ordeal for Vikki though as you'll soon read.

I’m assuming it’s because I’m getting older or maybe because of medical advances. It seems like every time I go to the dentist now, I have a cavity or two. When I was an adolescent, I ended up having three. However from the age of 12 or 13 until about 38 or 39, I didn’t have any cavities. This is even going without seeing a dentist for a few years in my early adult life.

We all remember the classic viral video of 'David After the Dentist.' Well, now a video is sweeping the web of a girl who had her wisdom teeth out and what does her mom do? Film her, of course. In her drug induced stupor, she thinks she's being stalked by the paparazzi because she's Hannah Montana. She even sings a little Miley Cyrus song for us!

It’s that day every six months I dread, going to the dentist. It’s up there with taking your car in for inspection. You go in, the news could be as good as “you’re all set until next time” or you could hear, “OK, here’s the situation.”

Ooooh...I love going to get my teeth cleaned. Not because I particularly like having someone probe around inside my mouth but, rather, because the people at the office on State Street in Augusta are so neat!! Watch the video to the end if your on the edge of your seat as to how my exam came out. It's not a cliffhanger, I will tell you that!
