Kensington Palace has announced the the new royal baby was delivered at 08:34 BST, and is a girl.

This is so absurd it'll make you laugh...but it is absolutely true. This little English boy didn't show up at another kid's birthday party and was fined by the other kids mother. She's even threatened to take the dad to small claims court if he doesn't pay up!
