The first official portraits of Prince William, Kate Middleton and infant Prince George were sent out by the Press Association under "strict embargo" earlier today along with instructions not to publish them until midnight, but that was a no-go. Because this is the internet.
So Prince William and his wifey Kate Middleton had a baby this week, and it was kind of a big deal for, like, everyone. It's not just a regular baby, guys -- it's a royal baby.
And sure, he's cute and all, but wake us up from our boredom-nap when you guys give birth to dragons like the Khaleesi on 'Game of Thrones.' (Now that's some royal business we can get behind.)

Late-night host Conan O'Brien was pretty miffed about how Kate Middleton and Prince William barely showed off their as-yet unnamed baby yesterday (July 23), bemoaning the fact that they didn't do it with enough style. Which prompted him to show them how it's done.
Prince William and Kate Middleton's Royal Baby earned kudos from everyone all over the world, including those of us here -- you know, in that country that won the Revolutionary War -- and the royals issued appropriately and predictably polite, somewhat stiff statements about the birth.
Hear ye, hear ye! On this day, July 22, Prince William and yon wife Kate Middleton have successfully created the third successor in line for the British throne: a (still unnamed) baby boy.
That's right, kids. The royal bun has officially exited the royal oven. And Kanye had nothing to do with it.
