We had so much fun 'walking the red carpet' at Friday night's Kenney Awards with the KV Chamber.

The ribbon cutting at the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce on Western Avenue in Augusta happens at 11 this morning and will feature pizza from Pizza Degree, right next door. Here Chamber President, Ross Cunningham, talk about the new location and upcoming Kenny Awards...

Last night (Feb. 26) Jon hosted the Kennebec Valley Chamber's Busines After Hours at Capitol Computers in Augusta. While there, Jonny was begging for more meatballs from Lisa's Restaurant, by asking for somebody to throw him one while he sang their commercial jingle. I guess there were no takers. I took him up on the offer, but there was so much to do to prepare.

I LOVE the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce yearly business soirée. It's a great chance to network with professionals all over central Maine. Do I care about that? Nahhhhhh. For me, it's all about seeing familiar faces I haven't seen for a long time, giving hugs and kisses to my lady friends and following my nose to the Augusta Civic Center's always delicious mini-buffet....

Tonight it was the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce's After Hours social get together. A time where people in local business hangout and talk, network, eat and maybe win a door prize. Every month 92 Moose emcees and mingles with chamber members of both the Mid-Maine Chamber and Kennebec Valley Chamber. This month it was held at The Brown House Properties and Appliances on Francis Street in Waterville

Very seldom do I get butterflies anymore but I have them today. Tonight, I make my debut as the voice of the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce annual awards banquet.

Augusta-based company, J.S.McCarthy Printers, will be awarded the 'Business Of The Year Award' by the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce on January 25th at their annual awards banquet at the Augusta Civic Center.

I went to the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on Wednesday evening at Transco in Augusta.  Like at most of the business after hours events there were great people and wonderful food! Then I walked into the back room and who didI find? Elvis!

Today is one of the most fun days of the year! The Kennebec Valley Chamber is having their 'Business to Business Expo 2012' this afternoon at the Augusta Civic Center.  It's always a good time and a chance to see and chat with many of the businesses in the area.  It's great to hear about the wonderful things happening in the Kennebec Valley area.  Are you going to be there?
