What a wonderful turnout for the 2nd Annual Capital Y Triathlon at the Kennebec Valley YMCA. The morning (May 24) began with the first leg of the triathlon, swimming 425 yards. Next was a 10 mile bike ride and it wrapped up with the 3.1 mile (5k) run.

Erika and Colby from the KV YMCAFun at the Kennebec Valley YMCA in Augusta Friday night with a special Halloween party for kids! It starts at 7 and ends at 9. Here's the cool part; parents can leave and go out for dinner or a movie!
