Auburn City Council voted to allocate $700,000 of the city's American Rescue Plan acts funds to send 'tax relief checks' to city homeowners

I have no problem with people sharing their photos from high school, but if I wanted to still look like I did in 2006 (yes I'm 32), then I would shave my face bald and grow (what's left) of my hair out.
