The New Jersey state legislature has taken a bill under consideration that could stop residents from drinking coffee while driving in to work every morning.
I remember taking my kids to see the Easter Bunny. We were able to snap a few good pictures through the years, but more than not, the kids were scared of the bunny and refused to sit on his lap. I sort of get it. This bunny in New Jersey was scarier for more reasons than just how he looked.
Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey has issued an official apology to veteran, Mario Alejandro, who was denied entry because the shirt he was wearing was called "offensive" by a security guard. Mario Alejandro is a U.S. Marine, a war vet and hero. Why, then, was he told he couldn't enter a Six Flags Amusement Park in New Jersey? Well, his shirt (which pictured a machine gun) was considered "offensive." Really? On the back was the organization that sales of the shirt support, the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation, a non-profit organization (reconfoundation.org).

Governor Paul LePage and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie aren't exactly two peas in a pod but they do have a lot in common. They're both Republican governors from primarily Democratic states and they both say things without sugarcoating them, which angers many people. Speaking of sugar, they could both stand to drop a few pounds....but couldn't we all :-)
