Remember this? 14-Year-old Jared Marcum of West Virginia was arrested for refusing to remove a National Rifle Association t-shirt he wore to school, won't face criminal charges.
Jared Marcum, a 14-year-old West Virginia student, showed up for class in April wearing a t-shirt with the NRA logo, a picture of a gun and the line, "support your right," written on it. Marcum refused requests to change his shirt saying it did not violate school policy and that it was protected under the first amendment.
I am a card carrying member of the National Rifle Association. I do believe they are out to protect the second amendment. I don't agree with all they do and all they stand for. In fact, I think some of what they call for is pretty unreasonable...
