It turns out we have three of the nicest states...and three of the rudest.

It costs nothing to be a good person. Anyone who has ever worked with the public knows just how awful people can be.

"The customer is always right!" Well, maybe, but they certainly don't have to be rude and nasty in trying to get their point across.
