Rumford Maine

30 year old Michael Baldwin of Mexico, Maine, has been arrested for threatening to burn down a 3-story apartment building in the same town.

According to News Center the fires were reported around 11 PM last night (2-9-20) at 105 Hancock Street in Rumford.

A fire that broke out late Monday night at an apartment building on Spruce Street in Rumford displaced 2 families and killed 1 person.
