According to WMTW, Spectrum is offering a bill credit to anyone affected by last week's outages.
The credit will not be automatic. Subscribers will need to apply to get a credit.
The cable TV and internet provider suffered two outages in the last week: one on Friday and one on Saturday...

Time Warner Cable has announced that as many as 320,000 customers may have had their email addresses and passwords exposed. It has been reported that Time Warner was informed by the FBI about the situation and that the FBI was also contacting other internet service providers that had been affected, so announcements from other email service providers
I kid 'em because I love 'em. The representatives here in Maine, unlike the Fed, have an, often times, thankless, low-paying job (although the health benefits, I hear, are pretty good).
I had been meaning to call Time Warner Cable and see about getting my internet turbo charged with the fastest service offered to residential users. I upload a lot of really big files in my business and I needed a speed boost. Besides, I've been sick all weekend so why not do indoor stuff.
