Buffalo Has a New Potential Problem: Flooding!

The good news for Buffalo is the snow is expected to stop. The community can start the task of digging out.  Two lake-effect storms has left them with about 7 feet of snow in a very short period of time. And the Buffalo temperatures are expected to warm up considerably this weekend. But that may not be a wonderful as it sounds... that could mean on top of everything else, now floods are possible!
