Great Falls in the Twin Cities Roaring as We Brace for a Flood Watch [VIDEO]

There is a flood watch in effect for many areas starting tomorrow night and running through Wednesday (April 20-22) morning.

Driving in Lewiston/Auburn today (April 19) I could hear the power of the Great Falls. I had to pull over and capture some video.
