According to the KJ, police have found a body at the home of a Fairfield woman who has been missing for about three weeks.  Maine State Police Spokesman Steve McCausland would not confirm if the body was that of 34 year old Valerie Tieman.

Maine State Police began searching the property at 628 Norridgewock Road early Tuesday morning.

Tieman, who was reported missing by her parents on September 9th, was last seen on August 30th in the parking lot of the Walmart in Skowhegan.  According to Luc Tieman, Valerie's husband, she was in their Silverado pickup when he went into the store, but gone when he returned a short time later.  As of last week, Maine State Police detectives said they were continuing to review Walmart surveillance footage and interview friends and family.

McCausland said we can expect an update later this afternoon.
