Will Nicki Minaj and Rihanna dominate the 2012 American Music Awards winners list as they did with nominations? Both ladies led the nominee pack for the 2012 American Music Awards, nabbing four nods each for the fan-voted show, but One Direction and Justin Bieber are hot on their trail with three apiece.

The stars swarmed the red carpet for pictures at the 2012 American Music Awards (AMAs) tonight (Nov. 18). There were plenty of hits and misses as our favorite pop acts donned their Sunday best. Actually, it felt like more acts were dressing down for one of music's biggest events.

'Gangnam Style' star Psy has already won a 2012 American Music Award in advance of this weekend's ceremony, but more importantly, he got to perform two songs onstage with Madonna at her Madison Square Garden concert on Tuesday!
