Lawyers for Former Pats tight end, Aaron Hernandez, will ask a judge to dismiss charges against him from a 2012 double murder. A hearing is scheduled for today. Attorneys say insufficient evidence was presented to the grand jury to establish probable cause.
Major League post season begins tonight….Houston will be in New York for a wildcard game against the Yankees. Yanks pitched CC Sabathia will miss the playoffs. Sunday, he told manager Joe Girardi he needed help for an alcohol problem.
