Check Out These Pics From Cooper’s Family Vacation

There really is nothing more American than spending your vacation doing a cross-country road trip!  And, that is exactly what we spent the last week doing!

Well, we didn't cross the country.  We crossed about a third of the country.  Maine, to Vermont, to Erie PA, to Niagara Falls, to Buffalo NY, to North Conway NH, and back to Maine.

For those who don't know, my last job before moving to Central Maine was in Erie PA, so it seemed like a good idea to make the trip so we could visit old friends and do the touristy things we never had a chance to do while we lived there.  You know how it is...  You never have a chance to do the fun things in the town where you work.

Here are some of the pics from our trip to the Erie Zoo, Waldameer Park, the beach, Niagara Falls, and the Buffalo and Erie County Military Park.

It was cool to get away for a few days, but I am glad to be back!  Anyone who has taken a lonnnnggg road trip with younger kids knows EXACTLY what I am talking about!
