Over the last couple days this puzzle has gone viral!  It''ll either drive you nuts, make you go cross-eyed, or both.

The puzzle (illusion?) was made by Japanese psychology professor Akiyoshi Kitaoka.  Even though you can't see them all at once, there really are 12 dots there.  It is called “Ninio’s Extinction Illusion,” named after the French scientist Jacques Ninio, who specializes in visual perception.
