Do We Have a Deal for You

Well, how would you like an former hospital in central Maine?  If you have a few million dollars and a plan that does not involve it being a hospital ….DO WE HAVE A DEAL FOR YOU!  

Maine General is building its new hospital and it will be open late next year. So they are starting now to look at what to do with Maine General in Augusta (FMI not included) and Seton in Waterville.   It will be intersting to see how these unique properties are reused and add to the community.   The online auction will happen in October.  Hummmm.... what could we do these buildings?
