What exactly does hipster mean? Well, Merriam-Webster defines a ‘hipster’ as ‘a person who is unusually aware of and interested in new and unconventional patterns.’
Downtown Portland, Maine comes in just under the top 10 at #11. Forbe’s Magazine describes Portland’s downtown:
