Go Ahead, Spit on My Chicken But Please, Don’t Lick My Potatoes…A (True) KFC Story

I thought I'd heard some funny stories (as long as I'm not the victim) about crew members at fast food restaurants secretly doing things to the food. When I saw this picture, however, I had to laugh. Again, I wasn't the victim so I CAN laugh!

Unfortunately, it didn't turn out to be a laughing matter for the young woman who was fired from a KFC in Tennessee after the picture went viral.

Although the implication was that the potatoes were served to customers, a spokesman for the company assured the media they were not. He went on to say that KFC sent operations and quality assurance teams to the restaurant to “reinforce and retrain on KFC’s high operating standards.”

Mmmmmm....me wants some chicken!
