Gwen Stefani and her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, have put the mansion they lived in together on the market, and the amazing property could be yours for the reduced price of just $29 million.

According to Variety, the former couple bought the enormous 14,865-square-foot mansion in August of 2006 for $13.25 million, and the No Doubt singer consulted with famed interior designer to the stars Kelly Wearstler on the home's unique look, which features brightly colored furniture against a backdrop of marble and a number of metallic accents.

Located in the ultra-high-dollar 90210 area code in Beverly Hills, Calif., the massive mansion features a guard gated entry and a second gate to a 250-foot private driveway. The grounds include a large pool and spa, tennis court, guest house with its own gym, a large outdoor living room with fireplace and an exterior kitchen.

Alan Jackson's Mansion Is Unbelievable!

The house itself boasts seven oversized bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. There are 11 total bathrooms in the house, which also has its own theater.

The property has been on the market since January of 2017, and Stefani and Rossdale have dropped the asking price down to a mere $29 million. According to Redfin, that breaks down to $1,951 per square foot, which would run $153,009 per month over the course of a 30-year mortgage.

Stefani and Rossdale announced their divorce in August of 2015, and she's been dating Blake Shelton for three years. It's not clear if Stefani is still living in the house, but the listing does state that all showings require a 48-hour notice and all clients must be identified and approved prior to showings. Showings are only available mid-days, with no weekend showings.
