The 2013 MTV Video Music Award nominations are out, and to no one's surprise (hopefully!) both Justin Timberlake and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are leading the pack with six nods each.

JT is mostly up for awards thanks to his 'Mirrors' video, except for his nom for 'Suit & Tie,' which is up for Best Collabo. Macklmore & Ryan Lewis are up for six nods, but for three separate videos. Are these guys visual artists or what?

Bruno Mars comes in behind JT and Macklemore with four nods. We can honestly say if his video for 'Treasure' doesn't win for Best Choreography, then we've lost faith in the system.

Artists like Pink, Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke and Thirty Seconds to Mars are all up for three awards a piece. We would be shocked if Miley or Robin didn't take home at least one of their categories.

The competition is stiff this year! Tune in Sunday, Aug. 25 to watch the VMAs, held this year at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
