In celebration of President Barack Obama securing his second term in office on Tuesday (Nov. 6), Mariah Carey released an uplifting song called 'Bring It On Home.'

If you recall, Mama Mimi performed the song back in June for attendees at a campaign event for Obama. Produced by Jermaine Dupri, the piano-driven track has Carey urging people to use their strengths to bring love and unity into their lives.

"We just everyday people trying to make it through the pain," she croons in the first verse. "Yet we intentionally hurt each other playing silly games / But when it comes down to win or lose, don't give up the fight / Strength is what we need, and love can save our lives."

The rest of the song finishes with the gospel-esque hymns of "Bring it on home / I know we can bring it on home." Of course, the uplifting tune isn't complete without Carey's piercing five octave shriek and she delivers it with perfection near the end of the song.

Mimi was among millions of people who watched President Obama's re-election speech last night. She tweeted, "INCREDIBLE SPEECH!!!!!! Watching in a room full of diverse people -- all truly moved. Thank you America for President Obama -- 4more yrs."
